These forms are specfic to the State of Tennessee.

You need to check with the clerk of your court for information on filing fees, instructions for filing, and important deadlines. Even in the People's Court, it is always advisable to consult with a lawyer before filing a claim. However, the General Sessions Courts are the courts of first access for most people, and the court is designed to help people who bring legal claims.
